After more than a decade on <MUTE>, on the twenty third day of the modern pandemic lockdown, two of the creative forces behind the original music of VOR, The Naked Truth, and Shelter returned to the studio. In 2024 an eclectic collection of music harvested from tapes and notebooks of decades past and recorded from Dallas, to Detroit and Montreal will be released. 

As a writing team, we have never really set out to write a song, which is to say, the songs have always written themselves somewhat organically. A new riff and a folded up scrap of paper with some illegible words scrawled on it has long been our recipe for unrestrained, and indulgent guitar rich songs. With ideas and imagery both dark and complex, we have stayed true to our roots in late 20th century rock. Our songs are cerebral, sometimes dramatic, they hold meaning and are open to interpretation; no apologies or explanations required.
